Had a chill time here! Staff were super friendly and breakfast was tasty. Beds were comfy, which is a big plus. My room was okay, but definitely could use some TLC, especially the carpet. At least the snack bar was convenient for late-night munchies. Overall, it was a decent stay!

It was a proper fit for a date night in Tavares with great value for money. The staff was really nice at late check-in, making us feel welcome. Just make sure to check the cleanliness of the floors in your room upon arrival.

the holiday inn express had a great location, super convenient to the leesburg bikefest area. the staff was wonderful and made me feel welcome. the hotel was clean and well-stocked, and the breakfast was very good. i appreciated the refreshing swim in the outdoor pool too!

So, let’s dish it out, The snacks at the hotel snack bar hit the spot after a long day of exploring, and they had a decent spread of local tastes. The room was all sorts of modern comfort with plenty of USB ports—perfect for charging my foodie adventures! And the location? Right near the heart of Tavares made it super easy to hit up nearby eateries.

Now for the not-so-sweet tea, Service at breakfast was a bit of a mess—had to wait ages for eggs while the rest of the spread was MIA. Plus, the staff seemed overwhelmed, which made me roll my eyes. Could use a little extra help during busy times.

The location is fantastic, close to Wooten Park and great restaurants. My king room was spacious, with two windows for natural light. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was large with a neat makeup mirror. Breakfast had a solid spread with hot options and was well-stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great for solo travelers

Had a nice surprise when I walked in, Gisela at the reception was super efficient and friendly, checked me in early, saved me some hassle. The breakfast was way better than I thought- I mean who doesn't love pancakes with bacon?

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth it considering the service.
